3. Can I return an item?
We accept returns only for defective products. Proof of the defect must be submitted for approval (e.g., a photo or detailed description). You may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order. Please note, items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. How do I track my order?
